Migrating Data

If you want to move your data to another account, you can do so by going to “Settings” (Gear icon) > “Migrate”. Please ensure that you have a good internet connection while migrating.

Switching Account

If you want to switch accounts without migrating your data, you have to go to the device system settings (not the app settings). Fully exit “Journey” > go to “System settings” > “App” > Find “Journey” > Press “Clear data” and “Clear cache” > Go back to “Journey” app.

Ensure all data are sync to the Google Drive before continuing. You can view your entries on http://journey.cloud or the Chrome desktop.
