Adding text files in non-writable folder

JotterPad does not allow users to add text files into the following directory:

1. Device System folders
2. External removable storage (e.g. SD card)
3. Unmounted storage folders

If you try to add text files into these folders, the following message would appear:

This folder is not writable.
