Stuck in NW.JS for Window 10
NW.JS window appears when opening Journey app. This issue may arise when you try to access the app from the pinned shortcut icon in the taskbar or after an app update. To resolve this bug, please follow the instructions:
1. Go to system settings > “Add or remove programs” > Find “Journey” > Uninstall “Journey”
2. Remove Journey pinned shortcut icon
3. Restart Windows
4. Download the Journey latest version directly from webpage > Open Journey installation wizard (.exe) > Install “Journey” again
Avoid pinning shortcut to the taskbar when the app is updating!
